EEL members at the 14th Mannheim Conference on Energy and the Environment
Members of the EnergyEconLab will take part in the 14th Mannheim Conference on Energy and the Environment, hosted by ZEW Mannheim on 19–20 May 2026.
The conference gathers researchers working on energy, environmental, climate, and public economics, covering topics related to energy use and supply, environmental policy, economic well-being, regulation, and climate policy.
The programme includes several contributions from EEL members. Natalia Fabra will give the opening keynote, Energy Crisis, Policy Responses, and Distributional Consequences. Ozgen Kiribrahim-Sarikaya will present Place-Based Environmental Regulations and Labor Market Dynamics, while Paula Navarro-Sarmiento will present joint work with Mateusz Mysliwski and Morten Sæthre on Charging the Elephant in the Room: EV Incentives, Market Power, and Externalities.
