Research for Policy: “Bringing Back the Iberian Solution”

Our first brief asks a timely question. With gas prices up sharply since January and the European Commission giving preliminary approval to an Iberian-style gas cap for Italy, what would it mean to bring back the Iberian solution, and how would it compare with an EU-wide solution?
